Barcelona:
First time to work with the team, so most of the test was spent learning how to work well with each other, and find out the base of the car, to know in what direction we should move in to improve. It was a productive test, being fastest in some sessions, showing progress and validation that we are working in the right way.
Misano:
More of a struggle compared to Barcelona, wasn’t able to run the car in the sweet spot, which meant we were mostly a couple tenths off the best, and with lap times being close, we were only close to the top 10. But I’m confident with more time and development, we should consistently be in the fight for points, and with the team only entering for the first year, it would not be too bad.
Many thanks to CL Motorsport!
Until next time,
ZD
